Tornados all around; Jonathan, kitties and I retreated to the basement bedroom at 4:30 a.m. when there were "rotations" above us (Mr. B had to stay upstairs and "watch"...:(...) ~ Major damage and deaths in Branson, across the state from us, and to the north in Harrisburg, Illinois; prayers for those poor folks...and it isn't even officially Spring...(no damage here, thankfully) ~
Hi Anne- I think tornados are just so scary. I saw on the news his morning where it had claimed at least one life last night. Prayers for all those states! xo Diana
ReplyDeleteAnne- just wanted to drop in a say thank you for the kind comments you left on my post the other day. I didn't realize your address was a "no reply blogger" until my email got bounced back.
ReplyDeleteHoping you and yours and staying safe... please be careful.

Oh and I meant to say the guest book idea is a great one! Putting one together now.

so scary! I'll be thinking of you and sending good, calm thoughts your way. I guess this is something you're used to?
ReplyDeleteYour cats are just gorgeous! Never witnessed a tornado apart from on TV and seeing the devastation they can cause! Hoping that all is O.K. with you! The sheer force of nature is sometimes so very scary!
ReplyDeleteTake care!

How scary for you to have to worry about tornados. I am glad you are ok. Your kitties are so pretty.

Hi Anne, thank you so much for stopping by my blog and following me. I am now following you also:) Precious kitties!
ReplyDeleteHow horrible and scary about the storm, stay safe!
Oh Anne Sweetie...
ReplyDeleteI am so sorry to hear that the tornado weather has already started. (With Leo at the window, you are definitely safe though. I am sure of it.)
We moved to Arizona from Oklahoma. My family still lives there, and where I was from, they call it Tornado Alley. Springs and Summers were so scary. I hated it when they came in the night, as you couldn't see where they were.
Thankful you are all okay and prayers for the familes that had deaths. Many hugs sweetie and much love, Sherry
Very disturbing to have all this tornadic activity so early. Glad that you are all well.
ReplyDeleteSo glad you are safe! What a terrible tragedy. You are right...it isn't even spring yet!
ReplyDeleteBe safe!
Hi
ReplyDeleteI'm so sorry to hear that you had to hide already! I can imagine how scary it must have been. We don't have severe weather where I live (Belgium, Europe). When I'm with my family in Illinois, I freak out whenever there is a thunderstorm.
Be careful
