Typewriters & Teacups...

Photobucket

Well, okay ~ one typewriter and one teacup, and really, only one "willing" kitty model!  It looks as though I'm partial to Leo, but he's the only kitty who actually seems to enjoy posing...  Tallulah can't sit still ~ she wants to play ~ and the whole idea of bringing "props" out and moving things around  makes Cyrus nervous... (I can carefully put him where I want him and maybe get a couple of photos snapped before he heads for his lair under the dining room table, to watch the goings-on...:)

You can tell by the look on Cyrus's face that he thinks this whole set-up is suspicious...

The chair arm framed Leo's face perfectly...

Tallulah, trying to distract Cyrus...

What a ham! Leo proudly poses with my Dad's typewriter from college...(restored after the fire my daughter Mandy and her boyfriend...♥)

It really was fun!
Have a wonderful weekend!

  1. That look on Cyrus's face makes me think of the lion in The Wizard of Oz. Gorgeous photos once again.

  2. Your kitties are so precious! Lovely photos. The feral cat population in this country is huge. And sadly, this is the first year I've seen a number of Persians who have been thrown out in the street to fend for themselves. Folks take them home as sweet little kittens and then when they are about a year old, decide they are too much trouble and just toss them. I rescued one who was in turn adopted by one of my very good friends. But there are a couple of others out there I can't get to trust me enough. They are so scared and I only want to help them but can't get close enough. I feed a number of outside kitties. And have one living in our stairwell. Our indoor kitty Jingles would not allow another cat into the house. She is such a scaredy cat as it is. So glad to hear you were safe from the storms. We have high winds and dust here. Will be still for one moment, and then the next moment the wind is howling. It's been crazy weather all over the place it seems. Have a good weekend. Tammy

  4. Ann, Your kitties are absolutely precious. Just gorgeous and isn't it funny how different each personality is? It makes me miss our last little kitty so bad. We don't want another one until we decide what we are going to do life-wise here...and because MyHero and 2 of my kids are horribly allergic to cats, horses, dogs, etc. But me? Well, I am a kitty lover from way back.

Hope you have a great weekend- xo Diana
