Dogwood Azalea Festival 2012

Photobucket Busy day! Painted little faces (and a few big ones) practically non-stop (fueled on gulps of Diet Coke between patrons) from 1 until 7...it was kind of quiet this morning, however, until after the parade. Back for more fun tomorrow; you can never judge how a festival will go!

Have a wonderful Sunday!

  12. Hi Anne: It must be tiring to paint all that time, especially non-stop, but rewarding too as they all look very happy and beautiful, I might add. You are quite the artist..Happy Sunday..Judy

  15. What a treat to see your face-painting skills! A step above - or two - of any that I have seen around here.

We have a Dogwood Arts Festival in our town at this time of year. If we are lucky, the dogwoods and redbuds will be in full bloom. This year, spring was so early that the blooms were long gone before this month even arrived!
