I tried to get a post done tonight (earlier, so at least it would have still been Wednesday, but this outside/garden work is just leaving me exhausted! (In a good way...having fun, and getting things accomplished...I'm just beat!) ~ I have quite a few things in the works to post, but nothing has quite come together yet...so I will just share some of my favorite Easter postcards, starting with these two ~ and, as I did with St.Pat's, I will add to them tomorrow as I get them scanned ~ ;^)...feel free to "right-click" and use them creatively!
The first one I just got on ebay a couple of weeks ago (love that egg color!) ~ It's one of the ones I used in the new header.
Enjoy!
Okay, I just had to do a couple more...another with lambs (that seems to be a theme, here!) ~
This one is so sweet! Love that Paris postmark; 24-4-05 ~ A late Easter in 1905!
Now I'm off to bed; really...
More to come!
Wow! Those are great.
ReplyDeleteDon't you just love old postcards?
Have a great Thursday my new blogging friend. :)
Take care, Janet W

That last one with the little chicks pulling the egg is my favorite. Always love those little Easter chicks.
ReplyDeleteHi Anne! It's so nice to meet you! Thank you for visiting me at Pom Pom's Ponderings!
ReplyDeleteI love the color of the eggs, too! One of my teaching friends has chickens and they lay colored eggs. She keeps promising me a few, so when she finally brings them to school, I'll take a picture of them.
Oh, you're working in the garden? That sounds fun! I may pull a few weeds over the weekend but it's too early for any planting in Colorado.
I hope you rest today and recover from all the hard work.
Such beautiful postcards! The last one is my favorite!
